Advertising Account Executives (Account Servicing & Sales) supervise the production of ad campaigns, and develop plans to increase sales for their clients’ businesses. Advertising Account Executives are the liaison between their agency and its clients. As an AE, you may be handling several accounts at any given time. And your key responsibility is to ensure that the needs of your clients are being fulfilled within the range of their budgets. To do this, you need to know their business from the inside out. Your research methods may include a tour of the client’s headquarters or factory, studying sales trends, or conducting marketing research.
You contact your clients daily, and communicate feedback to the creative team. You also work closely with the creative department, reviewing copy and design material. This may include concepts for TV commercials, newspaper ads, and billboards. And you spend a lot of time in the boardroom, meeting with clients or brainstorming concepts with your co-workers.
To meet Clients in acquiring project briefs, to manage project timelines and overall progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
To work closely with the Clients and the Creative Team to identify the best brand positioning and utilizing the appropriate advertising mediums.
To perform project researches and preparation of documentations for presentation to the Clients.
To actively participate in brainstorming exercises and ensuring the quality of design/services are met.
To exercise proper progress reporting to all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Good written and verbal communications skills especially in the English language, confident and organised.
The ability to perform under pressure to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Senior Graphic Designer
Senior graphic designers are responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet branding and marketing goals. From concept to completion, senior graphic designers shall be able to make wise decisions and supervise intermediate/junior designer(s) throughout the creative process of – Conceptualising, Generating ideas, and Delivering the Final Artwork. Senior Graphic Designers should be able to manage an entire marketing campaign (not just the production of specific pieces) while at the same time working closely with the team to meet established deadlines. In addition, they shall demonstrate a high level of proficiency in any type of design, layout, digital, web and multimedia software, and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
P/S: It is beneficial if they have knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration as well as high level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design softwares

Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

Proven work experience as a Senior Designer or similar role in the Advertising Industry
Portfolio of completed design projects
Hands-on experience with all design software, like Photoshop, In-design & Illustrator
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Advertising or related field is required for this position.
